Coaching

At City North, our dedicated coaching team forms the backbone of our club, providing expert guidance and passionate support to our athletes. As the only paid members of our club, our coaches are highly valued professionals who have progressed well beyond basic coaching qualifications - many have advanced to support athletes at CNLA and beyond, and several began their journey as Little Athletics competitors themselves. All coaches hold a current Queensland Working with Children (Blue Card), ensuring athlete welfare and community trust.

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic new coaches to join us at Tuesday and Thursday evening training sessions or Saturday afternoon club competitions. Whether you’re an experienced coach or a community member looking to get involved, we invite your interest!

We also offer casual team manager roles for external competitions, like Regional and State Relays and Championships.
